How can QA✓ provide a consistent, high quality product?
With grading sets, clear standards, and a minimum of 2 sets of eyes on every coin, including a finalizer who reviews each coin, we provide a high quality, value added service to collectors and dealers. Our graders average over 20 years in the industry with a focus on modern coins.

Are prices for same grade stickered coins between the major grading companies equal in value?
QA✓ does not set market prices. Only buyers and sellers can do that. Our price guide will reflect actual sales in the market place. It will be administered by an unaffiliated 3^rd party… the first price guide of its kind for any major grading company.

Will QA✓ buy/sell stickered coins?
There will be a buy/sell network in place for most stickered coins. That system will be completely transparent and provide liquidity based on demand - thus pricing for stickered coins. QA✓ will not engage directly in that activity - we are not a buy/sell company, just a verification company. The buy/sell platform will be another newly formed company backed by a select group of power dealers. This network will not be available immediately.

How will QA✓ deal with spotting on modern coins?
At this time neither major grading service guarantees spotted eagles or copper. QA✓ will not knowingly grade coins that have spots (minor spotting consistent with solid quality for the grade is OK). Spots can appear after coins are graded due to a variety of factors out of our control. For those reasons, we will not guarantee subsequent spotting on eagles or copper.

Can I see which coins have been submitted for grade verification?
You can check any coin that has been stickered for grade verification. Coins that have not been stickered are still recorded. However, the results of such coins will not be made public. The majority of coins we do not sticker are graded properly, but in our opinion not solid enough to warrant a sticker. It is not our intent to devalue non-stickered coins.

Will the Rainbow sticker be equivalent to CAC’s Gold sticker?
No. CAC’s Gold sticker is placed on coins that CAC perceives as undergraded. The QA✓ sticker is reserved for coins with superlative characteristics which incidentally may also be undergraded.

How will I know my coins have been received as well as when they are being shipped back?
You will receive an email when your submission has been received at our office. Also, you will be sent an email when we have shipped them back to you.

When will the third-party price guide become available?
Most likely by summer 2015. It will take several months of active market trading in QA✓ coins before meaningful price data can be generated.
